3. Subscription Tenure & Billing Policy
Commitment: All plans operate on a fixed-tenure basis. Once a monthly or annual subscription is activated and the instance is deployed, no pro-rated refunds are issued.
Annual Savings: By choosing the Annual rate, you lock in your hardware resources at a discounted price for 12 months.
Upgrades: You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual at any time. The remaining balance of your monthly plan will be credited toward your new annual commitment.
Cancellations: To prevent auto-renewal, cancellations must be processed via the HostHash Billing Portal at least 24 hours before the tenure ends.
