Applies to: Self-Managed Cloud, Managed Enterprise Solutions, and Dedicated Instances.
Overview
At HostHash Inc., we provide high-performance, instantly provisioned cloud infrastructure. Due to the high-resource nature of our services and the immediate allocation of server capacity upon deployment, HostHash does not offer refunds once a service has been activated.
Policy Details
1. Non-Refundable Nature of Services
All cloud solutions, including VPS instances, managed clusters, and storage buckets, are considered "rendered" the moment they are deployed. Because we reserve physical hardware and network throughput specifically for your account, we cannot recoup those costs once the subscription begins.
2. Subscription Tenure
When you purchase a subscription (Monthly or Annually), the service will remain active and available for your use until the end of the current billing cycle.
No Pro-rated Refunds: If you decide to decommission a server midway through the month, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days.
Commitment: By deploying a service, you agree to the full tenure of the selected subscription plan.
3. Cancellation Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you have full control over your commitment:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the HostHash Control Panel.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your paid period, after which it will be terminated, and all data will be wiped.
To avoid future charges, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
4. Service Failures
In the rare event of a prolonged service outage that violates our Uptime SLA, customers may be eligible for Service Credits applied to their next billing cycle. Please note that these are credits, not cash refunds.
